Listen
Define what problem needs to be solved. Determine or develop project goals. Empathize with users and business partners.
Discover
Establish a baseline through data and current state. Explore by brainstorming, user flows, research planning, competitive analysis and more.
Design + iterate
High-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, additional research, and iterate as needed based on user feedback.
Validate
Through usability testing, mulit-variate or other types of testing to ensure usability, accessibility, and other goals have been reached to solve the problem.
Finalize
Finalize user flows and annotate wireframes to hand off to UI, product, and development for production.
